Insane Black Rock Shooter

I got my hands on some of 's brushes and wanted to test them out with a speedpainting, and what better to choose than the Black Rock Shooter to play with? I wanted to keep it rather loose trying to advance myself with digital painting. It started out as a train wreck so it feels good that I could turn it around.

Photoshop CS5, just under 3 hours, mostly in one sitting.

Also, you should all totally storm 's page because he DID create this well-known character.

I think I'll clean this up eventually, make edges sharper and whatnot because I kinda want to be able to print it.
